<image:caption>A government that represents its people is the best return on investment a citizen can get. We’re committed to bringing our years of business and tech expertise to the political realm, helping Virginians realize their dream: a representative democracy. We’re changing how political contributions work. Every dollar spent and every campaign funded must be accounted for. At the center of all this is a robust data gathering and due diligence process that ensures donors know how effectively their capital is being deployed.</image:caption>

She believes representation that mirrors society’s values and aspirations lead to moderate policies most likely to bring prosperity and equality to all Virginians. Mrs. Hirst’s 30-year career with the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) took her to every country in the Americas as well as European cities where PAHO/WHO pursues its mission of a healthier future for all people. This enriching experience strengthened her commitment to efforts that create opportunities for everyone, irrespective of economic or social status. Mrs. Hirst is also passionate about improving the lives of the most vulnerable members of her own community, the City of Alexandria. Through the Mason Hirst Foundation, Mrs. Hirst supports projects that address mental health, early childhood education, homelessness, rehabilitation, child abuse and juvenile delinquency, family health, and other social ills that hold people back from achieving their potential.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Tom Hirst grew up in Northern Virginia campaigning with his parents for equal representation, civil rights, public education, transportation, and other Progressive causes. His father, Omer L. Hirst, served in the General Assembly for 22 years. Mr. Hirst earned degrees from Princeton and Harvard while working summers in the family real estate business. He started the Mason Hirst Company in 1972 to develop office buildings and business parks. In 2007, he established the Mason Hirst Foundation which he, his wife Magaly, and his children continue to run. Mr. Hirst strongly believes this is a dangerous time for America’s democracy and is deeply concerned about the aggressive use of One-Party rule and the integrity of America’s democratic foundations. Through political activism, Mr. Hirst hopes to help elect candidates committed to moderation, civility, and fact-based policy and restore balance on Federal and State levels.</image:caption>

He was the co-founder and CEO of Apex CoVantage, a global IT services company started in 1988 and sold in 2021. Apex was founded on the belief that business should be a force for good, not greed; and on a set of core values – integrity, human dignity, and excellence – which were woven into the fabric of the company from its inception. A lifelong democrat, Dr. Gupta became focused on electing Democrats in Virginia and across the country from 2016. He is a co-founder of WinVirginia which was instrumental in flipping 15 seats in the Virginia state house in 2017 using innovative election strategies and technology. In 2020, alarmed by the rising autocracy and racism, he pivoted to supporting organizations that are working to protect American democracy. Dr. Gupta is also the Chairman of the Gupta Family Foundation which supports over 40 organizations worldwide that are dedicated to helping disadvantaged individuals to become self-reliant.
